Starting August 25th to late December I will be studying abroad in Dundee, Scotland. I'm a senior in the Art Education Program at the University of South Carolina and while I still had the credits, wanted to break away from my routine life! With the help of my professors, friends, family and the Study Abroad office, Gilman & SC Global Scholarships, I am able to make this deal real!

Foie Gras
Tonight I tried foie gras from the can, straight from versailles, france.
a specialty? yes!
tasty? not so much for me.
Thanks to Julien for letting me try it anyway. Now I can mark that off my bucket list.
